Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 8, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
'ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 6113, PAGE 281, ID# 27-29-15-58590-005-0120, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 12, BLOCK E, MONTEREY HEIGHTS, FIRST ADDITION, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 43 AND 44.'
and commonly known as: 1622 FREDERICA AVENUE SOUTH, CLEARWATER, FL 33756; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
