NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated December 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12006647CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is Plaintiff, and JONATHAN THARNISH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN THARNISH, JOHN DOE AND/OR JANE DOE, AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block H, Pleasant Grove Park First Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Pages 2 - 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031, FLORIDA STATUTES.
