DAVIS A/K/A BRETT JAMES DAVIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRETT J. DAVIS A/K/A BRETT JAMES DAVIS N/K/A MILDRED DAVIS; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; TRADEWINDS EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 186, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY CLEARWATER EAST CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4270, PAGES 1023, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 114, 115 AND 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
