NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09001498CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JASON CLAWSER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK D, SOUTHERN COMPORT HOMES UNIT 1-C, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 46 AND 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
