NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-06935 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and , SOKCHEA IANG; and DEUANG IANG; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JENNIFER IANG are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 143, NORTHFIELD MANOR, SECTION A-4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
