NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment After Default dated January 28, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 75, “G” Northwest Wing, Building B-34, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT THIRTY-EIGHT, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 116, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4425, Pages 46 through 71, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, on the 11th day of April, 2013 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
