NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-002494 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Banker's Trust Company, as Custodian for Morgan Stanley ST TR I 2007-1, Plaintiff and Larry L. Loudy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A PORTION OF LOT 16, LONGVIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING (P.O.B.); THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 26'42” WEST, 142.22 FEET (142.38 FEET MEASURED) ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 03'29” EAST, 55.00 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16, TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE SOUTH 82 DEGREES 11'36” EAST, 66.91 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 47'32” EAST 36.13 FEET; THENCE NORTH 86 DEGREES 11'17” EAST, 39.93 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00'00” WEST, 52.56 FEET ALONG SAID EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 16 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
