NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated Februay 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08005533CI, DIVISION: 20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ANN TODERO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANN TODERO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GRAND VENEZIA COA, INC.; CLEARWATER CAY COMMUNITY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 2nd day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 810, THE GRAND VIEW AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1388 THROUGH 1486, AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORDS BOOK 14243, PAGE 1040 THROUGH 1145, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURENANCES THERETO INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA......AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” ATTACHED HERTO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
