NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-000493 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Donald E. Keith, Lila M. Keith, Blue Water Bay Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 4, BLUE WATER BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5749, AT PAGE 1475, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
