UNIT 200, FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO.2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5240, PAGE 773, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
