NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-005473-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York As Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM3, is the Plaintiff and Melissa Freriks, Thomas Diez, Georgetown East Association, Inc., Tenant #1, Joe Wilkes, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
