NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09013478CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank, N.A., Trustee for the Holders of Deutsche ALT-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-AR2 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and E. Vincent Iorio, M. Joan Iorio, Jane Doe n/k/a Rosalie Iorio, Golf View Villas Homeowners Association, Inc., Homeowners Association of Highland Lakes, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS COMMITMENT IS DESCRIBED AS ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN CITY OF PALM HARBOR IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, AND STATE OF FL AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 12/11/1984 AND RECORDED 4/1/1985 IN BOOK 5962 PAGE 925 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE, AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS:
