RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 04, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-007989-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and ORLANDO JORDAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 16, SKYVIEW TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 50, Pages 29 through 31 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
