NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10013971CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A MASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and VICTOR AREVALO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
South 48 feet of Lot 6 and the North 12 feet of Lot 5, RIDGECREST ACRES SUBDIVISION ADDITION TO UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 27, public records of Pinelias County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
