NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007290 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Debra Christiansen, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union f/k/a MacDill Federal Credit Union, The Unknown Spouse of Debra Christiansen n/k/a Edward Christiansen, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
