NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-009327-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and LYNN M. GEE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN M. GEE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVAIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1N/K/A KARA CARLSON; TENANT #2N/K/A BRIAN CARLSON ;the names being fictitious to account for parties and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) in possession are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of April, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 9, SKYVIEW TERRACE, AS SHOWN IN PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47 PAGE 74, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
