NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009CA017450XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH FERRARA, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of April, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to-wit:
