NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013418 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Sandacres Properties, LLC., a Florida Limited Liability Company, Brigadoon of Clearwater Homeowner's Association, Inc., Regions Bank, Eva Sikorski, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jaime King a/k/a Jaime King, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 19th day of April 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 36, BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 35, 36 AND 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
