NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005217 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Gloria P. Scott a/k/a Gloria Scott, Clinton A. Scott, Jr. a/k/a Clinton Scott, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 19th day of April 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
