NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 18, 2013 Final Judgment dated October 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2011-CA-008220, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and LAWRENCE B. FUCHS, JR; THERESA L. FUCHS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 3rd day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, PINELLAS TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1773 Audrey Drive, Clearwater, FL 33759
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
