NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-007455 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Marilyn A. Gibson, Norman McLeod, Tenant #1 n/k/a Ashley Hallila, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
