CITY OF DUNEDIN Dunedin Causeway Concessionaire Services RFP 13-992 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) PROCEDURES
The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from individuals/firms qualified to perform concessionaire services on City owned property located along the Dunedin Causeway. The Concessionaire shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, supplies and capital necessary to perform the work. The selected individual/firm will enter into a license agreement with the City to perform these services.
Concessionaire services shall include, but not be limited to; the rental of sailboats, kayaks, canoes, sailboards, tubes, umbrellas, chairs, and other related beach recreational items; the sale of food items, soft drinks, sundry items, and other related items. The Concessionaire will be required to provide any structures (except restrooms) required to operate the business. Proposals should be based on the attached Scope of Work. Proposals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any proposals received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
