NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2013 in the above captioned case, that the Clerk of Court in and four Orange County, Florida, will sell, at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at https://www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on the 15th day of April, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, the following described property situated in ORANGE County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block G, PLEASANT PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book L, Page 67, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
