NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 482012CA000248A001OX of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and NORMAN M. JOKINEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, DUNHILL AT ERROL ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, page 139, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
