NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002025-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-HOA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HOA1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007, is Plaintiff and JOHN K. LINA; SHANNON L. LINA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; EASTWOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, SHERWOOD PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 74 THROUGH 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
