NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-012346-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and KELLY S JACOBSON, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 167, CHENEY HIGHLANDS, THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK O, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
