NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-020410-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and THOMAS D HOWAT JR, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block D, ORANGE TREE COUNTRY CLUB-UNIT TWO, DR. PHILLIPS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 65 and 66, Public Records of ORANGE County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
