lot 6, less the east 690 feet, block “A”, orlando improvement co. no. 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book “S”, page 95, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 1229 murdock blvd, orlando, fl 32825; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 9, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
