NOTICE REGARDING FORFEITURE OF UNCLAIMED
TIMESHARE ESCROW FUNDS
To: The purchasers described below and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the purchasers described below or any right, title or interest in the escrow funds described below:
Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. (“LDDK&R”), as Escrow Agent pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 721.08(8), hereby provides notice to the following purchasers with escrow funds deposited with LDDK&R with respect to timeshare properties located in Orange County, Florida which have not been claimed for a period of five years after the date of deposit.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that LDDK&R shall deliver all such escrow funds that remain unclaimed thirty days after publication of this notice to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes Trust Fund (the “Division”).

LDDK&R certifies that, pursuant to F.S. 721.08(8), it has made at least one reasonable attempt to deliver such unclaimed escrow funds to such purchasers at their last known addresses as set forth in the books and records of LDDK&R and that such attempts were unsuccessful. The above purchasers may claim such escrow funds at any time prior to disbursement of such escrow funds to the Division by delivering written notice to LDDK&R at the following address:

Escrow Funds will only be disbursed to purchasers who provide proof of identity acceptable to LDDK&R. F.S. 721.08(8) provides that, after delivery of such unclaimed escrow funds by LDDK&R to the Division, the above-described purchasers shall have no more rights to such funds.
