NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-012934 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC.
