NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 11, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-015200-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC(1) (1) Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and SHERRARD HAUGABROOKS A/K/A SHERRARD A HAUGABROOKS; DASHAWN OWENS-HAUGABROOKS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
