NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-002066-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and GUSTAVO A. ABELLO; JOSE V. ABELLO; CLARINES RIVERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUSTAVO A. ABELLO N/K/A MONICA GUERRERO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; THE POINT ORLANDO RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest bidder for cash on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204, THE POINT ORLANDO RESORT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9512, PAGE 3560, OF THE PUBLIC REORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
