Final Judgment was awarded on November 30, 2012 in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-009295-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 1TRUST 2006-IM1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES. SERIES 2006-IM1 is the Plaintiff, and RYAN BEAVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYAN BEAVER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS LANE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
