NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 4, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009400-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Pikoude, LP is the Plaintiff and MARIE L. BENOIT LEROY A/K/A MARIE L. BENOIT-LEROY, e al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 3167, Building 27, of HARBOR BEACH, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 9130, Page 919, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing was mailed this 14 day of March, 2013, to all parties on the attached service list.
