NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 7, 2013, in Case No. 48-2008-CA-012038-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Mary E. Prescott, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 73, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE(S) 110, 111, 112, AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
TRACT 73, LESS THE WEST 180 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 75 FEET THEREOF, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE(S) 110, 111, 112, AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 73, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT 84, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE(S) 110, 111, 112, AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 225 FEET OF TRACT 84, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE(S) 110, 111, 112, AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 84, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT4A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, PAGE(S) 110, 111, 112 AND 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
