NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, in Case Number 2012-CA-013957-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union f/k/a Navy Orlando Federal Credit Uni is the Plaintiff, and Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against, James M. Ralston, Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, Weston Lane Condominium Association, Inc., LIU Investor Group, Inc. as assignee of HOUSEHOLD CARD SERVICES, and John Doe #1, an unknown tenant in possession n/k/a Sonia Buchanan, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on May 2, 2013, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
