NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2012, and entered in Case No.: 2009-CA-034043-O of the Circuit Court of the ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL OR BANKING CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SRMOF 2011-1 TRUST is a Plaintiff and CLINTON BROWN, is the Defendant, Lydia Gardner as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on April 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
