NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-031560 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2007-17 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-17 is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS PAPADIMITRIOU, BELLE MEADE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION INC., NELIDA PAPADIMITRIOU and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 OF BELLE MEADE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 21 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
