NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-022430-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and BENCHMARK DEVELOPERS & ASSOCIATES, INC., et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, ESTATES AT LAKE CLARICE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Pages 46, 47 and 48, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing was mailed this 15 day of March, 2013, to all parties on the attached service list.
