WICHNER; SUNTRUST BANK; VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DELORIS THOMAS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 106 IN BUILDING 12 OF VILLANOVA AT HUNTER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8103 AT PAGE 2271 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
