HOLLIS A/K/A TRICIA HOLLIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRICIA L. HOLLIS A/K/A TRICIA HOLLIS N/K/A DOUGLAS HOLLIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA, N.A; TENANT #1 N/K/A DEWAYNE CARNEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARGARET CARNEY are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
