Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 11, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 1203 the waverly on lake eola, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the land, common elements and common expenses, terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of the waverly on lake eola (the declaration), recorded may 28, 2004, in official records book 7465, page 4621, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 322 e central blvd unit 1203, orlando, fl 32801; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 6, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
