NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-004710-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-3 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN VELASQUEZ; MERCY CAMPOVERDE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MERCY CAMPOVERDE; PRISCILLA G. CEDENO; MARIELLA VELASQUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HANCOCK BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO
