NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 12, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2009-CA-007756 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and RUTH M. FAIRLEY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE OCEAN JEWEL FL REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 31ST, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE OCEAN JEWEL FL REVOCABLE TRUST DATED DECEMBER 31ST, 2007; RUTH FAIRLEY A/K/A RUTH M. FAIRLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; GRAND RESERVE, LLC; THE GRAND RESERVE AT KIRKMAN PARKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1432, IN BUILDING NO. 14, OF THE GRAND RESERVE AT KIRKMAN PARKE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8697, PAGE 2263, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
