NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10002287CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and NANCY A. HERSHELMAN-GIPSON, PHILIP C. GIPSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
