NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-006597 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and EDWARD ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL; SHELLY ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY D. ARISTIZABAL; FIRST NATIONAL BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A REINA MARTINEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 8 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
