NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8 day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003591, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DAVID R. SHELDON, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, CHERYL L. SHELDON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 11 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 3, UNIT 32, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 21 AND 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
