NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-004062, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DIANA C. MURRAY A/K/A DIANA CAROL MURRAY, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, THE VINEYARDS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., VALLEY OAK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AT THE VINEYARDS, INC, PAUL A. MURRAY A/K/A PAUL ALAN MURRAY, UNKNOWN TENANT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA C. MURRAY A/K/A DIANA CAROL MURRAY and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL A. MURRAY A/K/A PAUL ALAN MURRAY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 8th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK I, A REPLAT OF TRACT K, THE VINEYARDS, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 86 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
