CONDOMINIUM UNIT G-105, GULF WINDS EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 508, PAGE 165, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at The lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 8 day of April, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
