Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 8, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 204, SITUATED IN BUILDING NO. C OF SOUTH SEAS EAST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, AS SO DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 799, AT PAGES 190 THRU 311, AND THE AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 800, AT PAGES 452 THRU 469, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/280 INTEREST AS TENANT IN COMMON IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
and commonly known as: 601 SEAVIEW CT, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 8, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
